How HIFU works for lifting
👉 HIFU is a principle that creates deep lifting through four stages: ultrasound energy focusing, SMAS fascia thermal coagulation point formation, immediate tissue contraction, and collagen regeneration induction.
Ultrasound Energy Focusing
This is a method where ultrasound generated from multiple directions converges at a target point.
High-temperature energy is generated only at the focused point,
while the epidermis and dermis above it remain undamaged.
SMAS Fascia Thermal Coagulation Point Formation
When the focused ultrasound energy reaches the SMAS fascia, the temperature at that point rises to 65~75 degrees.

Difference between Ultra Cartridge and Booster Cartridge

Ultra Cartridge - Wide-area Deep Lifting

There are various cartridges by depth, which are selected according to the location of fat and fascia in the treatment area.
Booster Cartridge - Detailed Precision Lifting
A pen-type cartridge designed for procedures on narrow and curved areas.

When performed with a dedicated ampoule, whitening, wrinkle improvement, moisturizing, and elasticity effects are added.
Ultra + Booster Combination

How the 2 modes are utilized
👉 Gangnam Shurink uses a combination of two modes according to the purpose: the Normal mode, which provides strong stimulation in dot form, and the MP mode, which delivers about 400 coagulation points in a dense line form.
Normal Mode (Dot Type)
A method where 17 coagulation points are irradiated in a dot form per shot.
The energy intensity is relatively high and is used when focused targeting on a specific area is needed.
It is mainly applied to areas requiring strong lifting or areas with thick fat.
MP Mode (Line Type)
A method where about 400 coagulation points are irradiated like a single line per shot.
Energy is widely dispersed, resulting in relatively less pain,

Combination of the two modes

Gangnam Shurink Side Effects and Things to Know in Advance
👉 Gangnam Shurink is a safe lifting procedure based on long-term clinical data, but

Immediately after the procedure, light redness, micro-swelling, heat sensation,
and temporary stiffness may appear on the face.
Generally, these resolve naturally within a few days.
Since Shurink is a method that forms thermal coagulation points, a stiff sensation

For 1 week after the procedure, it is good for recovery stability to refrain from saunas, jjimjilbangs (Korean saunas), intense exercise, smoking, drinking,
and meridian massages.
Washing the face with lukewarm water is recommended for 3 days after the procedure.

Q. Is there downtime after the procedure?
